The ZFA-G-445 / ZFA-G-447 / ZFA-G-450 (1–3.5 W) series are high-power blue diode lasers designed for professional scientific, industrial, and RGB laser system applications. Operating at 445 nm, 447 nm, and 450 nm, these compact CW laser modules provide reliable multimode output with excellent beam quality and long-term operational stability. These blue diode lasers support TTL or analog modulation with selectable frequency ranges from 1 Hz up to 30 kHz, enabling precise intensity control for dynamic projection, modulation-based experiments, and light show systems.
