Laser Safety Eyewear

Laser safety eyewear provides certified protection against harmful laser radiation across the electromagnetic spectrum — from ultraviolet (150 nm) to infrared (1 mm) wavelengths. Modern laser systems can emit optical power levels exceeding 1,000 W, capable of melting or evaporating metal, ceramic, or biological tissue. Even brief exposure to direct or reflected beams can cause irreversible eye injuries. To ensure operator safety, the use of certified laser safety eyewear is mandatory under European standards EN 207 / EN 208. Each model undergoes EC-type examination (CE) by an independent Notified Body, guaranteeing compliance with LB protection levels according to wavelength and laser power.
