Phantom T4040 High-Speed Camera
The Phantom T4040 is a high-speed camera that delivers the perfect balance of ultra-high resolution and extreme frame rates. Equipped with a custom 4.2 Mpx back side illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor, the T4040 achieves 9,350 fps at 2560 × 1664 resolution, and up to 444,440 fps at reduced resolutions. Thanks to its 40 Gpx/s throughput and outstanding Quantum Efficiency (85.4% mono, 71% color), the T4040 ensures superior image quality even in low-light conditions. The camera is designed to handle the most challenging high-speed imaging applications, from ballistics and crash testing to life sciences and fluid dynamics research.
