The SP-532S-AZ is an all-solid-state AOM Q-switched laser operating at 532 nm, designed for high-precision marking of hard and reflective materials. With high peak power, short pulse duration, and excellent beam quality, it is ideal for:
Highly reflective metals such as silver and gold
Semiconductors including silicon, gallium arsenide (GaAs), and germanium
Rubbers and silicone materials
The TEM₀₀ beam, low divergence, and vertical polarization ensure clean, precise markings with minimal heat-affected zones
