The SP-I-266 is a high-performance 266 nm acousto-optic Q-switched solid-state UV laser, designed to provide high peak power, short pulse duration, and excellent beam quality in a compact and reliable form factor.
With single pulse energies of 60–80 μJ and repetition rates from 3–5 kHz, SP-I-266 achieves peak powers of 4–5 kW, making it suitable for laser inner carving, precision laser marking, and scientific research. The short pulse duration (~15 ns) ensures minimal thermal impact, enabling high-resolution, clean processing.
