The ZFA-F-445/447/450-PRZ OEM blue diode laser delivers high optical output power up to 6000 mW at selectable wavelengths of 445 nm, 447 nm, or 450 nm. Designed for OEM integration, the ultra-compact module ensures reliable continuous wave operation with excellent power stability (<1% RMS). The laser supports TTL and analog modulation, enabling precise control for advanced optical systems. Optimized beam characteristics provide efficient coupling and accurate beam delivery.
